- Personal Counseling Sessions
Free Heart-Healthy Cooking Demos
Chefs will perform cooking demonstrations featuring a heart healthy appetizer, entrée, and dessert.
Free Heart Education Talks
Medical experts from both Washington Adventist Hospital and Shady Grove Adventist Hospital will discuss women’s heart health, minimally invasive techniques for heart conditions and overall heart health.
Meet a Local Heart Attack Patient
Meet local resident and Mrs. Northeast International, Deanna Linz and learn how having a heart attack at a young age changed her life.
