Inpatient Cancer Treatment
Washington Adventist Hospital's medical oncology program offers sophisticated inpatient diagnostic and treatment services that are delivered with compassion and a deep understanding of the unique demands of cancer. Doctors, nurses, social workers, pain management specialists, pastors and hospice workers combine many years of specialized training in an interdisciplinary approach to treatment of cancer patients.
The oncology program at Washington Adventist Hospital covers every stage of cancer treatment from preventive care to diagnosis, pre-treatment evaluation, staging, treatment, rehabilitation and post-treatment monitoring. Both inpatient and outpatient services are available to accommodate a range of patient needs and preferences.
