Making an Appointment

All Radiology appointments are made through Centralized Scheduling. To make an appointment, call (301) 891-5053 Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Please have the following information available before you call:

1. Patient's name, address, date of birth
2. Patient's Social Security number
3. Patient's emergency contact information
4. Patient's insurance information and authorization, if required
5. Procedure name/examination
6. Diagnosis or symptoms
7. Physician's name
